This work is a filmed impression of people returning to the art world after lockdown. The social space of an exhibition opening is filled with awkward, anxious, rude, fleeting, facetious, fun and privileged interactions. Yet it’s from this primordial slop bucket soup that I have formed and tested many of the limbs of my character – a bin ends bacchanal to which we’ll all probably return. It’ll be so good to see you again.
